Prison Ink is an annual tattoo convention in the city of Horsens, Denmark. The 3-day event took place in 10th – 12th of May 2018, and it gathered together nearly 250 tattoo artists around the world.  The Prison Ink tattoo convention is open for everyone, and there’s no age limit.

In addition to tattoos, Prison Ink 2018 also had much more to offer: for example graffitis, music, food & drinks, as well as skating and BMX shows. On Saturday there were also US Car Meet and Prison Ink Bike Meet on the huge outdoor area.

The annual Prison Ink tattoo convention is held in the old state prison of Horsens, currently known as FÆNGSLET. The prison was commissioned in 1853 and officially closed in 2006. Nowadays it serves as a museum and a cultural venue for different kinds of festivals, gigs etc.
